Overeater’s Anonymous - “a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength and hope, are recovering from compulsive overeating” – gave me the space to talk in a particularly hard period.
The Samaritans – “…provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair” – phone line is 08457 90 90 90.
Mind is obviously on the same page as I am, and their current ‘We need to talk campaign’ is all about helping people to talk – and find the right people to talk to.
